We are a certified IICRC firm. Starting in 2009 you must hire a IICRC certified firm company in order to maintain your new carpet warranty. Hot water extraction is the only method recommended by all of the major carpet mills including Shaw & Mohawk. This type of cleaning is the most effective way to remove soils and restore your carpet and furniture. This method also won't leave any sticky shampoo residue.

Our technicians are very careful to place the right type and quantity of equipment on your job – no more and no less. What is the “right amount?” It’s different for each job and depends upon the size and condition of the affected area, and the types of materials we need to dry. For your drying job, we used the DriZone process, which is the least disruptive, fastest, most efficient and cost effective drying method available.

The DriZone process encompasses the entire structure or affected area. After extracting the water, we inspect carefully, using various instruments to evaluate the moisture in the air, structural components and contents. Throughout the drying process, we record moisture levels and use psychrometric calculations to evaluate the success of the drying plan. This helps us speed and balance the drying process by making necessary equipment adjustments.

 

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

Upholstery should be cleaned,disinfected and re-sealed at least once every 6-8 months to increase its natural life and keep the "like new" feel and appearance of your upholstered furniture. Because upholstered furniture is constructed of different type of materials, it is crucial that the cleaning technician is able to identify the fabric for the proper cleaning. We are IICRC trained professionals and have been trained how to properly clean all types of fabrics. We can provide you with a cleaning quote while we are at your residence and the cleaning can usually be done the same day.

ORIENTAL & FINE RUG CLEANING

We handle rugs from all over the world and are experts in cleaning Karastan and Nourison Rugs. Each rug is inspected for any pre-existing conditions. We then carefully remove all of the dry soil in the rug. The rug is then flooded,shampooed and agitated with brushes. We then extract the water through rubber wringers and hang to dry. On average, it normally takes 7-10 days to complete the process and re-deliver the rug to your home or business. Your rug is returned soft,clean and ready for years of beautiful service.

 

TILE & GROUT CLEANING & SEALING

Keep your tile and grout looking as good as the day it was installed.Microscopic pores allow dirt and other contaminants to become embedded below the surface of the grout and tile. This embedded dirt cannot be removed with regular cleanings.
